Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to digital meal plan subscriptions purchased from Cartilagesygreen through cartilagesygreen.world.
Digital Products
Our meal plans are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to your plan dashboard, prep materials, and related tools. Because delivery is instant, standard return procedures for physical goods do not apply.
Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, if you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right upon delivery, the withdrawal period may not apply once access is granted.
Refund Eligibility
We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- You purchased a plan but did not access any digital content within 14 days of purchase.
- A technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing your purchased plan, and we were unable to resolve it within 5 business days.
- You were charged in error or billed twice for the same subscription period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- You have accessed or downloaded your meal plan content.
- You wish to cancel mid-subscription after the first week of a four-week cycle has elapsed.
- Dissatisfaction with meal suggestions or ingredient swaps, as these are subjective preferences rather than service failures.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent renewal for the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless the conditions above are met. To cancel, contact help@cartilagesygreen.world with your account email.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to help@cartilagesygreen.world with your full name, order date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
